Delivering high-quality bus services across NSW and South Australia requires a seasoned leader to oversee administration tasks, manage leave registers, and ensure operational consistency with national frameworks. As the Depot Manager, you will be the main point of contact for drivers, fostering open communication and driving team performance.
* Lead depot administration, including leave management, rostering, charter bookings, and compliance initiatives.
* Investigate incidents, analyzing customer complaints, occurrence reports, and CCTV footage to inform process improvements.
* Develop strategic solutions to meet contractual and internal KPIs, while coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
* A Certificate in Transport Management (CTM) or equivalent experience and education.
* Demonstrated leadership of unionised workforces, preferably in passenger bus services.
* Operations knowledge, including service delivery, incident management, employee relations, complaint handling, and WHS.
* Leadership capability, coaching, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive high-quality outcomes.
