About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position focused on delivering best-in-class campaign execution across social and retail media.
As a key member of our team, you will help drive brand awareness, acquisition, and conversion across some of our most exciting campaigns.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Social (Meta) and Retail Media
* Provide recommendations on briefs in partnership with media, creative, and brand teams
* Monitor performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders
* Support system integrations (e.g., CDP, DSP, analytics tools, pixel tracking)
* Assist with annual media strategy and social content management for selected brands
About You
You're a curious, detail-driven digital media professional who loves the energy of paid media and thrives on performance.
You enjoy turning insights into action and collaborating with creatives and marketers to make campaigns sing.
* Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience buying ads across social (Meta and/or TikTok preferred)
* Confident with campaign set-up, optimization, and post-campaign reporting
* Comfortable using GA4, navigating pixels, and connecting data systems
* Exposure to Retail Media and a passion for performance marketing
* Certifications (Meta, TikTok, MFA) and a relevant degree are a big plus
