As a Head Chef, you will lead our dynamic kitchen team in delivering innovative food and sustainability excellence. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency and quality.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve culinary goals but maintain tight control over food costs and manage ordering with a focus on sustainability objectives.


The Role: Lead and Innovate

You will be responsible for:

* Daily Kitchen Management: overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality dishes
* Team Leadership: managing, mentoring, and rostering a dedicated team of 5 chefs to optimize performance
* Financial Acumen: maintaining tight control over food costs and efficiently managing all ordering to meet business needs
