Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promotional Campaign Management: You will support the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate the coordination of promotional activities between different departments to ensure seamless execution.
* Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality is as expected.
* System & Process Optimization: Manage third-party voucher providers for incentive distribution.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years' experience in marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience with campaign briefing and project management tools like Asana and Google Suite.
* Familiarity with AI and automation tools is highly regarded.
* A basic understanding of digital marketing channels is essential.
