The role Waterfront Supervisor role is to drive performance of Planned Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) across Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) periods and Service Visits (SV) periods, while maintaining vessel within Class Condition.

What's Involved

* Provide Technical guidance, planning and support to the Maintenance Planner for upcoming Planned Maintenance Activities and offer after hours technical support on a roster basis.
* Ensure work conducted meets scope of the work undertaken, the Engineering Change Management requirements, and Client expectations.
* All documentation is quality controlled, signed, recorded and uploaded into the CMMS system.
* Delivery of Objective Quality Evidence documentation to support work delivery.
* Class Survey documentation to be managed and presented to vessel Master and Class Surveyor.
* Drive contractor performance to meet project deadlines and agreed outcomes.
* Contractor supervision through safe work practices, Permits, Job Safety Analysis and Safe Work Method Statements. Ensure materials and equipment relative to scope is available and fit for use with industry standards.


You'll Need

* Project Supervision experience within the marine or maintenance industry.
* Australian Citizenship (or eligibility to obtain) for security clearance.
* Sound knowledge of Permit systems, Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis Management.
* Construction industry blue or white card and WH&S experience.
* Strong Computer skills in XL, Word and CMMS systems or willingness to learn.
* Diploma in Marine Engineering / Marine Trade or considerable marine platform experience.
* Qualifications in Confined Space, Working at Heights, Monitoring / Managing Atmospheres.
* Project Management Qualifications.
* First Aid.
