Your daily tasks may vary but will always focus on delivering exceptional support services that cater to each individual's unique circumstances.
In order to excel as a Home Lifestyle Worker, you should possess excellent communication skills combined with patience and empathy towards elderly individuals or those requiring special care. You must also be physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team when necessary. Previous experience working in aged care environments would be highly advantageous.
* Familiarity with dementia care principles
* Able-bodied enough for moderate physical activity required for assisting mobility-impaired individuals
* Capacity for engaging conversations during one-on-one sessions or group activities designed specifically for seniors' enjoyment
