We're expanding! A leading Australian injection‐moulding manufacturer of nursery pots, planters, and horticultural containers is looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to grow our presence across New South Wales.

About the role
You'll be responsible for both new business development and relationship management within the nursery and horticultural market — working remotely, calling on growers, distributors, and garden suppliers across NSW.
You'll build long‐term partnerships while representing a trusted, Australian‐made product range that growers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across NSW.
* Build strong relationships through on‐site grower visits and industry events.
* Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.
* Support and grow existing customer relationships.
* Provide technical product guidance and order support.
* Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Proven background in sales or business development within agriculture, nursery, or horticulture.
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills.
* Self‐starter who thrives working independently.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally.
