We are looking for a Resort Administration Manager to become an integral part of our Resort Management team.

About the Role
* Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the resort and act as a vital communication link with the operational team at head office.
* Oversee daily resort operations in line with company policies and safety standards.
* E nsure all common areas are presented to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the resale process for homes within the resort (with commission paid for each completed sale).
Managing front office duties and general administration tasks.
Using company systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Who You Are
You're a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
You'll also be:
Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role.
Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style.
Confident handling sales or resales processes.
A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively.
A holder of a current driver's licence.
