Responsibilities 
Own the full environment pipeline — from interpreting concepts and building custom assets to leading optimisation, shader development, and technical workflows. 
Lead a small team of environment artists and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless performance across PC and mobile platforms. 
Work closely with the creative director, artists, and virtual production teams. 
Contribute to hiring, team development and the technical direction of current IP and partnerships. 
Qualifications / Experience 
Robust blend of visual craft and deep technical expertise in real-time 3D gaming. 
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and building stylised, high-performing environments. 
Location & Availability 
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne. Relocation support is available for interstate or international candidates.
