This role is full time and reports to the Facilities Coordinator. About you You will be an experienced Maintenance Officer, have outstanding customer service and communication to deal with a variety of stakeholders. You will be super organised and follow up on requests to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Skills required Background in building and facilities maintenance Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and lighting systems Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to prioritse conflicting demands.
