As the Club continues to evolve, they are looking for a motivated and capable Assistant Manager to support operations, drive efficiencies, and help lead the team into the future.This position is with Karuah Club RSL Limited who are located in Karuah.Your new opportunityWorking closely with the CEO, this role will see you involved in the day-to-day running of the Club across a broad range of functions. You’ll also play a key role in modernising systems and supporting strategic initiatives.This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work across a seven day roster if needed. You’ll join a passionate team that values community and continuous improvement - making a real impact in a close-knit regional setting.You will be responsibile for overseeing the following:Assisting with financial oversight and reportingSupporting membership services and administrationLeading IT system updates and integrationOverseeing operational activities alongside the CEOSupporting the CEO in developing and delivering strategic initiativesContributing to marketing and promotionsHelping to develop and implement club policiesSupporting HR functions and stepping in as relief CEO when neededWhat you'll bringA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working with IT systems and introducing new technologiesExperience in system integration and development to improve operational efficiencyClear communication and a genuine commitment to great serviceA collaborative mindset with the ability to support and lead a teamConfidence to act in a relief capacity for the CEO when neededA sound understanding of financial and operational principlesExposure to HR processes or policy development
