**We are a small NDIS Provider based in Queanbeyan, and are looking for an experienced Rostering Clerk / Administrative assistant for our Queanbeyan Office.**
**Scheduling Job Responsibilities**:
- Confirm and schedule Brokerage services as per Purchase orders approved by the operations manager.
- Arrange service agreements for Client services.
- Organise workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collect client information, and managing assignments.
- Manage client schedules by maintaining rosters for support workers and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, etc.
- Complete requests by greeting staff and clients, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain staff and client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Keeping the office equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assistance with the On call rotation.
- Assistance with Timesheet approval.
The position will be casual and will have a 6 month Probationary period.
The Anticipated Days will be as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday weekly.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:
- High school Certificate or Higher.
- University/college degree is an asset.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- First Aid / CPR
- NDIS Workers Check
- Mandatory NDIS Workers Module completion Certificate.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $44,715.23 - $60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- QUEANBEYAN, NSW 2620: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Rostering: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
