About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive brand growth, lead generation, and engagement while managing a small marketing team.
Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with clients, participants, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the marketing team while actively contributing to campaign delivery.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, social media, and email campaigns.
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, content, and events including community activations and industry expos.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
About You
6+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development.
A hands‑on marketer who enjoys executing campaigns as well as leading strategy.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Data‑driven with the ability to turn insights into action.
