Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Buyers Agent, based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves liaising with clients to understand their property needs, conducting thorough market research, and sourcing residential real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating property inspections, negotiating purchase terms, and ensuring successful buyer representation. The Property Buyers Agent will provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service with strong interpersonal and communication skillsPossession of a valid Real Estate LicenseKnowledge of Residential Real Estate and expertise in Buyer RepresentationProven ability in Sales and negotiating property transactionsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with the Sunshine Coast property market is highly desirableProficiency in using property management and CRM software is beneficialDriver's license and reliable transportation for property visits
