Learning Leader and Resource Manager
The Teacher Librarian plays a pivotal role in enhancing teaching and learning at a primary school. They provide engaging learning experiences for students, manage information and resources, and work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive educational change and improve student outcomes.
The library is a hub of activity, and the Teacher Librarian will be responsible for managing the space and resources, both physical and digital. They will collaborate with classroom teachers to develop effective curriculum delivery and ensure that learning is rich in thinking and technology.
