Job Description – Local HR Driver (DRI )
Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local HR Driver to become a key part of the awesome PUD team in Gladstone. If you take pride in delivering high‑quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you
We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick‑up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
Position: Full‑Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am start
Responsibilities
* Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight
* Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full
* Work in a steady‑paced environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy
* Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role in a structured environment
* Must hold a current HR Licence (Manual preferred)
* Forklift Licence is desirable but not mandatory
* A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
* Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal history check
