About the Role:
We're seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join a growing reactive maintenance business servicing Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. This role starts hands-on across plumbing, drainage and gas, while also acting as the technical lead. As the team expands, you'll transition into a more office-based leadership and quoting role. Perfect for someone ready to step up.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Perform plumbing, drainage and gas works
* Act as technical lead and support on-site team members
* Oversee workmanship and compliance standards
* Manage quoting and client queries
* Liaise with suppliers and site supervisors
* Review supplier invoices and manage materials ordering
* Ensure accurate job tracking using field service software
* Maintain strong communication with admin and leadership
Skills & Experience:
* Cert III in Plumbing
* VIC Plumbing Licence (Cert IV/Contractor licence essential)
* Gas Fitting licence
* Experience in maintenance plumbing
* Willingness to act as company nominee
* Strong quoting and problem-solving skills
* Leadership capability and solid communication skills
* Current driver's licence, White Card & Police Check
