1. Experience in the drafting of data policies and/or frameworks within time-pressured, high-profile environments. Weighting- 40%
2. A proven track record of providing strategic data policy advice to senior executives and/or ministers on complex data matters. Weighting- 30%
3. Proficient data analysis and management skills. Weighting- 30%
4. Ability to succinctly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Weighting- 30%
5. Experience working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive and inclusive team, including in high pressure periods. Weighting- 25%
6. Effective, excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Weighting- 25%
7. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, SQL, and programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SAS). Weighting- 20%
