Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our intellectual property (IP) strategy and commercialisation initiatives. As Executive Manager, Intellectual Property, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IP plan that maximises research impact and revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Developing and executing a high-performing team within the Legal Unit to drive enterprise-wide IP protection and commercialisation strategies.
* Collaborating with senior executives and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify strategic IP and commercialisation opportunities.
* Leading large and complex commercial projects on behalf of the organisation, including negotiating and managing contracts and agreements.
* Identifying and realising IP capture opportunities, ensuring a coherent IP and commercialisation strategy is in place.
You will also be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the IP Team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver against business objectives.
