Job description
About Our Client
We are a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering diverse vocational qualifications across a wide range of sectors. With multiple campuses located across Australia and strategic transnational education (TNE) partnerships in key global markets, our organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and industry-relevant training to both domestic and international learners.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with both domestic and international operations. This is a hybrid leadership role that goes beyond traditional administrative support — you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, managing operational workflows, and ensuring compliance across multiple campuses and transnational partnerships.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Senior Executive Assistant will coordinate projects, oversee critical business functions, liaise with key stakeholders (including regulators and international partners), and provide executive-level oversight on reporting, audits, and daily operations.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who is ready to transition into a leadership-capable role while still providing world-class executive support. It’s a unique opportunity to contribute directly to organisational success in a fast-paced, education-focused environment. This role will require someone who is open to travelling across multi-campuses in different states and internationally to the TNE Campuses/Partners.
Highlights of this role:
- Permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide
- Competitive salary, travel opportunities, and comprehensive benefits package
- Chance to play a strategic role and grow within the company
Preferred Requirements:
- Provide high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the executive
- Manage complex calendars, travel plans, correspondence, and expense reporting
- Accompany the executive to high-level stakeholder meetings and company events — domestically and internationally
- Act on behalf of the executive in meetings when called upon, representing them with professionalism and authority
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and detailed meeting briefs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly
- Excellent written and verbal communication – confident in representing leadership both internally and externally
- Financial Statement Proficiency including read, understand and interpret the company's P & L statements.
