Role DescriptionThis is a part-time Platform Engineer freelance position with the flexibility of a remote work environment. The Platform Engineer will be proficient in Linux primarily Ubuntu LTS, Ansible or AWX, Gitlab & Runner. Knowledge and skill with Proxmox, Vault, Nginx, React, K8S, Docker and related tech would be well regarded. Key initial responsibilities include playbooks, pipelines and hardening followed by collaborative efforts in one or more areas of AI, LLM. API development, built test and deployment with associated troubleshooting, managing databases and connectivity to ensure seamless functioning of the development environment and platform. The role involves working collaboratively to optimize and innovate solutions that support the management of renewable energy resources and future projects.
