Details: Digital Canberra is seeking two experienced Change Managers to support a major whole-of-government transformation program improving payroll and human resource systems across the ACT Public Service.
Working within the Major Programs Branch, you will play a key role in helping people and organisations adopt new ways of working. You will partner with stakeholders across government to understand impacts, support business readiness, and ensure changes are successfully embedded.

What You Will Do
* As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major whole-of-government transformation program focused on improving payroll and human resource systems across the ACT Public Service.
* You will work closely with business areas to understand the impacts of change, support readiness, and help people adopt new systems and ways of working to achieve successful outcomes.
* You will partner with stakeholders across government to build strong relationships, improve business processes, and ensure that changes are embedded and deliver long-term benefits.
Eligibility / Other Requirements Professional / Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Proven experience managing change in a complex organisational environment.
* Understanding MSP principles and methodologies and/or willingness to be trained in MSP and benefits management.
* Strong skills with identifying where change impacts will occur and has the capability to understand business process impacts for stakeholders.
* Act as a steward and enable stakeholders to improve business processes in their environment.
* Have the capacity to support stakeholders when experiencing the discomfort of change.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and manage ambiguity.
Compliance Requirements / Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary education in Business, Organisational psychology, Change Management or related field is preferred.
* Experience in organisational change management and/or relevant industry certification.
Note: Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
