Roll on Automotive are an award-winning automotive company based in North Richmond. We are currently seeking a dispatcher for evenings and weekend shifts. Once training has been complete this role would be hybrid between the Office and Home
The role consists of but not limited to:
Communicating with all providers on new breakdowns and tows
Quoting suppliers over the phone for incoming jobs
Allocating all jobs to on duty roadside mechanics
Liaising with providers and customers directly regarding ETA's
Ensuring all jobs are closed off and completed within required timeframes.
To be considered for this role we would prefer you to be familiar with the automotive industry.
Attention to detail is a non-negotiable, you must be able to work in a fast-paced industry, and able to multitask, knowledge of computer systems and ability to navigate between multiple software programs. Excellent time management and able to stay focused under pressure all whilst maintaining a professional work manner.
