We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users via onsite and remote means.
* Maintain troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Support software applications and manage user access and accounts.
* Contribute to network maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
* Maintain accurate ICT asset registers and documentation.
* Enhance cybersecurity awareness and basic security management practices.
* Participate in the onboarding/offboarding process of personnel from an IT perspective.
* Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
