**Our Melbourne Transport team is currently looking to recruit a Cadet Civil Drafter.**
**Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**
- General drafting office duties
- Preparing drawings for issue
- Plan and manage own work to meet deadlines and budgets
**Experience, skills and organisational knowledge**:
- TAFE qualification Diploma in Civil Engineering or working towards
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation
- Basic knowledge of timesheet management and awareness of hours spent on a task to meet budgets
- Enthusiasm for self-motivated learning
- Strong attention to detail
- Can manage self under pressure
- Open to receiving feedback and providing feedback
- Balances innovations, quality and technical excellence with delivery to deadlines
- Able to visualise in a 3D environment
