Regional Manager - Healthia Physiotherapy $110,000 – $130,000 per year + Super + Incentives

As Healthia continues to strengthen its national physiotherapy footprint, we are seeking a RegionalManager to support a portfolio of up to 20 physiotherapy clinics across Victoria.
This is an important leadership role, part of our national operations team, where you'll partner closely with clinic partners and leaders to drive sustainable performance, strong team culture, and long‑term growth.
The Role This is a hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who excels in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments. As Regional Manager, you will collaborate closely with clinic partners, offering coaching, operational support, and strategic direction to help each clinic achieve strong clinical and commercial results.
You will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of your region, proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems and outcomes, and ensuring Healthia’s national initiatives are successfully implemented at the local level. As a trusted advisor to our clinic partners, you will connect central support teams with frontline practitioners, promoting collaboration, accountability, and excellence in patient care.
About You Ideally based in Melbourne, you enjoy being out in clinics and are comfortable with some interstate travel to stay closely connected with clinic partners and teams.
You are a confident, values‑led leader with demonstrated experience overseeing multiple sites or a network of clinics, ideally within allied health or a similar healthcare setting. With at least three years in a regional or multi‑site leadership capacity, you bring strong commercial acumen, solid financial literacy, and a hands‑on approach to achieving operational excellence.
You lead by influence and collaboration rather than authority, and are known for your coaching style and commitment to developing others. You recognise the value of being visible, accessible, and actively involved to foster strong partnerships and deliver consistent performance across your clinics.
