* Sales Enablement: Assist in sales efforts by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.
* Client Support: Act as the technical expert supporting client relationship managers in their dealings with customers.
* Documentation: Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required.
