Senior Line Chef Position

The role of a Senior Line Chef involves working collaboratively with a team to prepare buffet-style bulk cooking for various meals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Adhere to industry standards


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Chef qualifications, including Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Experience in bulk catering environments
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
* Menu writing, rostering, and cost control experience
* Hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines expertise
