This is a Customer Service Agent role with Boral based in Brisbane, QLD, AU Boral Role Seniority - junior More about the Customer Service Agent role at Boral Your next opportunity Based in Milton, you will provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general enquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours of 5.30 am – 4.45 pm Monday to Friday and rotational roster for Saturdays, 5.30 am to 12 pm. Your day will involve: Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided) Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams. What are we looking for? Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week. Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision Computer literate Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
