Location: NSW: Central West (Orange, Bathurst). Job Category: Groundsperson. Employment type: Permanent - Full Time. Salary: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00.
Balranalds | Mildura | Bendigo residents only. 1 full-time position available. Drive In Drive Out – Mildura, Bendigo & surrounding suburbs. Swing cycle 14/7 11 hr. This role supports Cater Care in a mining village environment.
Responsibilities
- Upkeep of village grounds including mowing, edging and gardening
- Repair and basic trades work across the village
- Common Area Cleaning — emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
- Mine Site Cleaning — cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous grounds and maintenance experience in a hospitality environment (12 months+)
- Similar experience within a remote environment is highly regarded
- Ability to work well with other team members
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to understand and comply with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
- Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
- Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity and inclement weather
- Must hold a manual driver’s license and forklift ticket
