Are you a visionary leader passionate about driving safety and quality improvements across complex health services? We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Quality & Safety to provide strategic and operational leadership at Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN). In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of safety, guide governance frameworks, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and reliable care throughout the Network.
About the Role :
As Director of Quality & Safety, you will design and implement a robust governance framework that engages staff, consumers, and stakeholders in promoting continuous improvement. You will lead the Quality & Safety Unit to develop and manage systems, policies, and education that support excellence in clinical practice. Your expert guidance will inform clinical risk management, accreditation compliance, and operational decision-making at all levels. Collaboration with executive leadership, clinicians, and the community will be key to fostering innovation and achieving outstanding outcomes across RMCLHN.
What We’re Looking For :
* Proven leadership and management experience in complex, multidisciplinary health organisations amid change.
* Skilled in planning and directing clinical governance strategies.
* Successful in leading continuous improvement to enhance safety and quality.
* Experienced in developing and evaluating safety and quality plans and policies.
* Strong background in community and stakeholder consultation.
* Effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
