About the role:

This position is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a refined design eye, a passion for bespoke craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to delivering highly personalised luxury experiences.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the leading consultant for clients seeking custom engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery. You will guide them through an intimate, consultative journey, from initial concept to final creation, working closely with our trusted design and manufacturing partners to bring meaningful pieces to life.

This is a role for a confident high achiever who thrives in relationship-led sales, values excellence, and is motivated to grow within the luxury jewellery space.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

* Deliver a highly personalised, elevated client experience through one-on-one consultations
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through bespoke engagement ring and fine jewellery purchases
* Confidently lead sales conversations with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on diamonds, gemstones, materials, craftsmanship, and design options

Bespoke Design & Product Development

* Translate client stories, preferences, and budgets into thoughtful design concepts
* Collaborate closely with external partners and workshops to create custom engagement rings and fine jewellery
* Oversee bespoke orders from consultation through production and final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and timelines
* Maintain a strong design sensibility aligned with contemporary luxury aesthetics

Brand Representation & Growth

* Represent the brand with polish, confidence, and integrity at all times
* Uphold and elevate brand standards across service, presentation, and communication
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow client relationships, repeat business, and referrals
* Contribute ideas and insights to support the growth and evolution of the brand within the luxury jewellery market

About you

* Proven experience in luxury retail or high-touch sales
* A natural relationship-builder with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
* Sales-driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance and growth
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bespoke projects simultaneously
* Passionate about fine jewellery, engagement rings, and the luxury space
