Welcome to Belmont Hospital! We are excited to be seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Educator to join our team. As the coordinator for all nursing education within the hospital, you will create calendar plans for Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE’s) to work within the units; liaise with external bodies to facilitate education within the hospital; review policies, procedures and guidelines and give feedback on a district level; participate in the clinical quality and care committee; and so on. You won’t be working alone. You will be supported by the CNE’s within the hospital, as well as the Director of Nursing and other members of the leadership team. As Our New Nurse Educator, You Will

- Be well organised and be able to manage changing priorities effectively.
- Have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate your experience in report writing and submission for grants.
- Enjoy working with teams to develop their skills and encourage their growth.
- Be competent with your computer literacy skills.

Essential Criteria

- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA plus relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications and clinical experience.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes.
