Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent to deliver high-quality services. You will not only lead end-to-end recruitment efforts but also partner with hiring managers to shape workforce strategies while promoting best practices in compliance, governance, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery (Operational)
* Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and crafting offer letters.
* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and provide innovative, tailored recruitment strategies.
* Proactively search for and engage talent using headhunting, social media platforms, employee referrals, and creative marketing campaigns.
* Develop and manage candidate pipelines to ensure the ongoing availability of high-potential applicants.
* Minimize reliance on external recruitment agencies and meet hiring KPIs.
* Maintain compliance with pre-employment requirements and ensure all candidates have a positive onboarding experience.
* Benchmark compensation within the sector to ensure competitiveness.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Build strong internal relationships with managers, team members, and external stakeholders.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, mentoring them on recruitment best practices.
* Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior leaders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovative Recruitment Practices
* Recommend and implement strategies that strengthen the organisation's recruitment framework.
* Visit facilities to gain insights and build operational understanding.
* Systematically evaluate and improve processes to align with sector trends and organisational goals.
Operational Efficiency and Compliance
* Follow and promote policies, procedures, and values, ensuring all activities align with the organisation's vision.
* Maintain high standards of safety and quality assurance across all recruitment processes.
About You
Essential Requirements:
* 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in either corporate or agency settings.
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment while managing tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and build relationships at all organisational levels.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
* Previous recruitment experience within the disability, community services, or aged care sectors.
* Deep empathy and sensitivity, with a true appreciation of the work NFP organisations and their impact in the community.
