Head Chef
We're seeking an experienced Head Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for aiding in the training and growth of our entire kitchen team and providing support to our Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aiding in the development and implementation of menu items
* Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food preparation
* Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of food safety procedures
* Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
