Job Description
Looking for an entry point into mortgage broking and finance? Develop sales skills while helping Australians achieve homeownership. As an Aussie Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and connecting customers with the Aussie property hub.
In This Role, You Will
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre‑qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
- Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a high‑energy, goal‑driven team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
- Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise earning potential.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
