Reporting to and assisting the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive and diverse marketing portfolio, including but not limited to Advertising, Entertainment, Promotions and Communications.
Your responsibilities include:
* Support and assist the Marketing & Promotions Manager.
* Communicate all marketing activity to members, guests and staff frequently through multiple communication channels.
* Maintain the Club's Social Media Marketing opportunities.
* Coordinate events from concept to completion.
* Analyse marketing initiatives and provide recommendations based on outcomes.
* Identify trends and opportunities in marketing, entertainment, and promotions.
* Actively engage and encourage a vibrant atmosphere through your actions and engagement with your colleagues, members and guests.
* Assist management and external stakeholders on all aspects of event operations.
* Other general administration tasks as requested by Senior Management.
Communications:
* Management of daily enquiries by members and guests via the website.
* Plan, design, and oversee all aspects of our social media and marketing platforms (Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Website).
* Electronic direct mail to members.
* Contribute ideas to the overall marketing strategy as a key member of the team.
* Photography and editing including representation at events and gather suitable materials for marketing.
* Manage social media content calendar.
* Website maintenance and editing.
* Identify current club trends and insights for strategic planning purposes.
* Ability to attend community events and represent the Clubs leadership team.
* Ability to make 'cold contact' to establish community relationships and identify opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in or the ability to acquire the following:
* Experienced in Marketing, Events & Communication or similar.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key and senior stakeholders across multiple parts of an organisation to deliver an outcome.
* Flexible working hours, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
* Great time management with exceptional planning skills.
* A personable, creative, and driven individual who is self-motivated to work independently and can work as part of a team.
* RSA ,RSG & Blue Card certification or willingness to obtain.
* Australian Drivers Licence with reliable transportation..
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities (prioritise), to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt promptly to unforeseen change.
* Ability to work alongside and communicate directly with a diverse team.
* Ability to learn and implement A.I for improved efficiencies.
