About Us:
We are a growing organization based in Rocklea. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Internal IT Support Technician to join our team. You will be an integral part of an ERP and system upgrade in 2026, and provide critical support to staff across our businesses going forward post implementation.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, phones, and connections. You will play an integral part in the implementation of a new ERP system rollout in 2026, and will continue to provide ongoing support post-rollout. You must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working across different teams, and liaise with external providers to ensure seamless IT operations. You'll be the "go-to" person for any technical issues – no drama, just get in and fix it
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide internal IT support to staff across multiple businesses, ensuring minimal downtime and fast resolution of issues.
* Handle all hardware solutions, including computers, phones, and network connections for staff.
* Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware systems.
* Work alongside teams to roll out and support a new ERP system, ensuring smooth integration across the business.
* Liaise with external IT providers to manage IT resources, troubleshoot complex issues, and escalate when necessary.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and IT procedures.
* Ensure IT assets are managed and inventory is up to date.
* Take a proactive approach to prevent IT issues and continuously improve systems.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an internal IT support role.
* Experience with Zoho would be an advantage but not essential.
* Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support (computers, phones, networking).
* Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes (project management experience favoured but not essentials).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
* Comfortable working across different teams and departments
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, with a "no drama" attitude.
* Experience working with external providers and vendors.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
