Express is a fast-growing Australian importer and supplier across Portable buildings, Wellness products (saunas & ice baths) and Lifestyle infrastructure.
We are rapidly expanding our product range and launching multiple new brands and websites over the next few months.
This role sits at the centre of that growth.
We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager who can scale revenue while building and leading a team.
This is a senior, commercially focussed role with direct impact on company growth.
You must have proven experience managing $1m+ per year in Google and Meta ad spend.
If you have managed large ad budgets, built conversion funnels, launched websites and driven digital revenue before - this role is designed for you.
About the Role
You will own the end-to-end digital growth engine across multiple brands and websites.
You will be responsible for:
Scaling paid media, SEO and conversion
Launching new websites
Lead a tight, dynamic in-house marketing team
Turning traffic into qualified leads and sales
You will work closely with Directors, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure marketing is tightly aligned to revenue and growth targets.
This is not a content or branding role – this is a performance, growth and scale role.
Digital Performance & Growth
Own and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, search, display and retargeting
Manage large ad spend budgets
Build, optimise and scale funnels across multiple websites
Drive lead generation, online sales and ROI
Continuously test, measure and improve performance using analytics and data
Own the SEO strategy across all brands and websites
Work with the Web Developer to build and launch new Shopify websites as required
Improve UX, site speed, mobile performance and conversion rates
Run CRO, A/B testing and funnel optimisation
Ensure websites are aligned with campaigns, promotions and product launches
Lead and manage an in-house team:
Web Developer
Social Media Manager
Marketing Assistant
Set direction, priorities and accountability
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Directors, Design and Operations to execute campaigns that drive revenue
What We're Looking For
8+ years in digital, performance or growth marketing
Proven experience managing $1M+ per year in paid media budgets
Advanced experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and analytics
Strong Shopify, website and CRO experience
Highly data-driven with a commercial mindset
Experience leading and managing a marketing team
Comfortable owning results, budgets and growth targets
Bonus skills (Highly Regarded)
Technical understanding of UX, UI and back-end website development
