* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of risk managers specialising in third and intragroup party business continuity and resilience risk activities.
* Provide advice, guidance, assurance and continuous improvement activities to enhance operational resilience and continuity.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business continuity and resilience risk management initiatives.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
* Expertise in operational resilience and continuity.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
