**About The Company**
**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to support the EGM, People Experience and her team. You'll need to be super-organised, have superior administrative/secretarial skills and like to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Most important of all is that you're a nice person who plays well with others as we have a strict no-dickheads policy in our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management and scheduling of meetings
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations and reports
- Carrying out research, collecting information and helping the EGM prepare for meetings
- Booking travel
- Expenses
- Maintaining computerised personnel records and files and acting as Administrator for the HR Information system (Dayforce)
- Coordinating various activities and events including venues, catering etc.
You will also assist the team in the delivery of national projects and initiatives.
**About you**:
You don't need HR experience but you do need to be an experienced PA.
***Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' admin/secretarial experience with at least 2 years' experience as an Assistant to a C-level or senior manager.
- Superior MS Office skills - advanced Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Excel
- 50+ wpm typing speed
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (good grammar, punctuation and business writing skills).
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Maturity, confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information;
- A positive, can-do attitude and friendly manner
