Job Title: Health Banking Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners.
2. Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
3. Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
4. Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
5. Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
6. Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans.
7. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales and/or business lending experience in the formal Financial Services sector as well as commercial acumen.
2. Proven ability to form Business relationships - both internal and external, as well as building appropriate networks, internally and externally.
3. A strong background in new business development and acquisition.
4. Experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions as well as up-selling/cross-selling.
