About the Role
This role involves working with consumers to address stressors and gaps in their lives, develop safety plans, and facilitate community engagement. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the clinical team to implement strategies developed in collaboration with the consumer and promote wellbeing by supporting connectedness with the community.

Key Responsibilities
The Psychosocial Support Worker will be responsible for:
* Navigating services and ensuring linkage with appropriate health practitioners and community services
* Providing transport to appointments if available and appropriate
* Supporting clients to make positive changes to their lives and manage their distress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A qualification in a health-related field or relevant experience
* Significant demonstrated work experience in a relevant field
* Australian working rights
* Full Covid-19 and influenza vaccination
* A current Victorian Driver's License
