Job Description:
Working as a Community Mental Health Clinician offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills and experience the challenges of working with complex mental health cases.
* Triage and comprehensive mental health assessments including mental state examinations and risk management
* Care planning and treatment, clinical case management, education and discharge planning
* Providing discipline specific services to clients as required

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective care plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist services to clients
* Provide education and support to clients and their families
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* AHPRA registered Occupational Therapists or Qualified Social Workers (preferably accredited with AASW) or AHPRA registered nurses (with post graduate qualifications in Mental Health)
