**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an IT Support Technician in our Melbourne Olderfleet office to provide high-quality first and second level technical support for Urbis staff in all Urbis offices. This role will support staff in our Melbourne office as well as enable other IT Support Technicians in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to complete specialised IT projects by responding to IT support requests from all offices.
**You will**:
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Technology Service Desk
- Demonstrate or instruct others in the use of technology to drive efficiency and productivity
- Manage setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Investigate, analyse and resolve hardware problems to ICT equipment including minor repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and support on all computing equipment
- Assist in configuring, testing and installing system upgrades and hardware, and resolve configuration conflicts and errors
