Based at our office in Campbellfield, VIC, this full-time, permanent role involves managing debtor accounts, debt recovery, and reconciliation of COD accounts.ResponsibilitiesProtect and maximise revenue through effective management of customer accounts, credit, and cash collection.Collaborate with all teams to maximise returns, minimise customer default risk, and enhance debt collection.Support credit management by identifying credit issues and escalating non-compliance with processes and trading terms.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures under the guidance of the team lead.Maintain data accuracy, including credit limit reviews and ensuring credit application compliance.What you will need to succeedExperience in credit control within high-volume collections roles.Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Ability to identify, develop, and implement initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and services.Our businessAdbri is a manufacturer of construction materials and industrial minerals, building a better Australia since 1882.
