This hands-on leadership role is based at the company's Gold Coast HQ, where you'll oversee the smooth flow of stock across Australia and international markets. You'll manage daily operations while identifying smarter ways of working to improve accuracy, efficiency, and team performance.
What You'll Do
· Lead and inspire a small warehouse team to deliver high standards across all operations.
· Oversee daily activities from receiving through to dispatch.
· Implement process improvements that enhance speed and accuracy.
· Collaborate with retail, eCommerce, and production teams to ensure seamless fulfilment.
· Maintain a safe, organised, and high-performing warehouse environment.

You're an experienced warehouse or logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments. You lead by example, bring structure to complexity, and continuously seek better ways to work.

· Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics (fashion or retail background highly regarded).
