Role Overview
You will be based out of our Pyrmont office and manage day-to-day freight movements to deliver an exceptional logistics experience for customers across Australia.
Responsibilities
Support and manage daily movement of freight within your portfolio
Provide insights into freight movements and potential issues to Account Managers
Review and report on daily freight movementsResolve enquiries to provide a no-better experience
Escalate priority issues when required across all aspects of accounts
Build solid long-term relationships with your account portfolio across diverse industries
Requirements
Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service
Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
High motivation and energy with focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
