We are looking for a driven, confident and energetic Membership Sales Consultant who loves sales, people and being part of a community focused gym.
This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets and creating great first impressions.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving membership sales and contributing to club growth
* Touring prospective members and converting enquiries into sign ups
* Generating leads and following up prospects
* Delivering exceptional customer service to members
* Building strong relationships within the local community
* Representing the energy and values of the club on shift

* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
* A sales focused mindset with the ability to work towards targets
* High energy, friendly and professional attitude
* Passion for health, fitness and community
* Reliable, trustworthy and a strong team player
Availability Requirements
* Weekends required with Sunday a must (alternate Sundays considered)
* Afternoons/ Evenings required - Tuesday a must
