Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, crafting compelling job descriptions, and implementing efficient onboarding processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, utilizing social media, job boards, and employee referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
* Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip new hires with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This includes creating customized onboarding playbooks, coaching huddles, and scorecards to track key metrics.
* Performance Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement performance management systems that drive individual and team growth. This involves launching scorecards, tracking key metrics, and providing regular coaching and feedback.
* Culture & Engagement: Embed our company's values and culture across all levels of the organization, fostering an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to perform at their best.
